I found the hotel to be in a wonderful spot on the Upper West Side, making it super convenient to explore nearby attractions like Central Park and the Natural History Museum. The rooms were spacious and comfortable, though I did feel some of them were a bit sparsely furnished. The service was friendly, but there were a couple of hiccups, especially with the breakfast timing. Overall, it provided good value considering the NYC market, but it could improve in a few areas to make it ideal.
